3. How to Brew
Traditional South Indian Filter Coffee Method
You’ll need:
- 2 tbsp ERAYA Sugandha Kappi
- 150ml hot water
- 50ml boiled milk (optional)
- 1 tsp sweetener (optional)
1 Prepare the filter – Add coffee blend to the top chamber of a South Indian coffee filter. Pour hot water and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
2.Collect the decoction – The coffee will drip into the lower chamber.
